型號一: SPRT Printer

步驟:
1.首先將Logo 放在300像素中間的尺寸內,保存為單色位圖bmp 的格式, 存檔在C盤內的圖片位置內
2.在前台左下角系統維護,點擊"設置"進入收銀機設置內
3.印表機類型選擇--->SP-POS88---->圖片路徑請選擇番步驟1保存的bmp 格式的位置圖片, 選擇確實後保存即可.

Moudle 1: SPRT Printer
Step1: Save the Logo siza in the middle of the 300 pixels, colors: 2 colors (1-bit) save to C:\Users\Pictures\Logo.bmp,
          Save type is BMP- Windows Bitmap (*.bmp).
Step2: Open the Cashier, click the Maintenance, and then click the Cashier Setting from the Setting.
Step3: choose the SP-POS88 from the Cashdrawer Type, open the bmp file from the Image Path, finally save it finish.

首先1.進入控制台
       2.檢視裝置和打印機
       3.選擇80mm Series Printer 右鍵 列印喜好設定
       4.選擇 no drawer

因為底板部份部件接觸不良，令到資料不能準確打印出來，故可用以下方法解決:
Because the parts of the bottom plate contact is bad, so that the data can not be accurately printed out, it can be solved by the following methods:
1.首先將底部的四粒螺絲拆出來(紅圈)，及將底部移出來
1. first remove the four screws at the bottom (red circle) and move the bottom out

2.然後將紅圈內的部件移回直立狀態(或有可能有垃圾在紅圈內的金屬片旁，請清走電路板上的垃圾)
2. then move the components in the red loop back to the upright state


3.最後將打印機回復原狀
3. finally revert the printer back to its original state
PS:如果直立後也出花畫面或白紙，只要將紅圈內的部件作用適當的微調，就可以成功解決問題
PS: if it is upright, it will also produce a picture or white paper. As long as the function of the components in the red circle is properly adjusted, the problem can be solved successfully

原因...  
是 機蓋被切刀頂著, 打開前蓋, 向前或向後推動滖輪進行調節便可

常見原因有3個...  
1. 有可能用錯非熱感紙
2. 熱感紙底面倒轉了安放
3. 收據/廚房印表機的打印頭被某些東西擋著了

解決方法:
1. 打開機蓋, 看看有沒有紙碎, 請徐去
2. 打開機蓋, 用布沾上少量稀釋了的清潔上劑或火酒, 為打印頭清潔.
    ** 留意 ** 此為電器用品, 忌水.
