1. About the Partial & All Options
In[Partial] mode, the Stock Qty only comparing with the items inside the Voucher, if you select [All] , then all other items not existing in the Voucher will be treated as zero Qty., and will be adjusted to zero after Stock Take Adjustment.
2. When should implement the Stock Take
Stock Take Qty should be at the end of the day So if the date you make the stock take is 5/4/2017 , then you should not have any transactions on that day after the stock take. Or you should have the stock take at the end of that day.
3. How to connect the Data Collector with our POS Stock Take Program (e.g. using CipherLab Data Collector)
You need to find out the COM port of your CipherLab Scanner after connected with your PC, say COM 3, COM5 etc. Since the Scanner is using USB to COM interface.
a) Connect the Data Collector Cradle with the PC , get the COM Port Info, e.g. COM3, COM5 etc.
